13th annual

Fine Arts fesTIval

March 15-19, 2021

held virtually at 129finearts.org

We are happy to announce the 13th annual Fine Arts Festival will be published online at 129finearts.org during Illinois Arts Education Week, March 15-19, 2021.  While this year's festival, like many things, will feel different, we can't wait to celebrate your work in your art, music, and theatre classes!

Use this form (or this one in Spanish) to submit your artwork or performance to this year's Fine Arts Festival. The form will be open through March 5, 2021.

Please note: you will need to be logged into your sd129 Google account to access the form and upload your artworks or performances.

You are able to submit up to THREE different "works" for this show. In this case, a "work" is an artwork or performance.  Please complete this form and upload a good quality picture of your artwork, video of your animation, or recording of your performance.

Please note that all works may not be accepted into this show for a variety of reasons including number of participants, website limitations, and subject matter.

If you have any questions, please watch the video above or send us an email.

The first West Aurora Fine Arts Festival took place in 2009 as a district-wide showcase of the arts.  Since its inception, the Fine Arts Festival has become the largest event hosted by School District 129 and is attended by students, families, alumni, and community members.

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, the 2021 Fine Arts Festival will be held virtually at 129finearts.org.  It will take place during Illinois Arts in Education Week, March 15-19, 2021.  For more information, please contact Jonathan McLear, Fine Arts Curriculum Coordinator for West Aurora School District 129 at 630-301-6565.
